WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

PLEASE CHECK THE GOODS ON DELIVERY AND ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED AS ORDERED. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US NEW, UNUSED AND WITH THE WHITESBOUTIQUE SECURITY TAG STILL ATTACHED. ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT THE SECURITY TAG WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

ITEMS RETURNED THAT ARE DAMAGED, SOILED OR SCENTED WITH PERFUME MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

LATE RETURNS:
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY. RETURNS OUTSIDE THIS TIME-FRAME WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF WHITESBOUTIQUE.COM AND MAY ONLY BE REFUNDED AS A STORE CREDIT.

FAULTY GOODS:
GOODS ARE IDENTIFIED AS BEING FAULTY IF THEY ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED. ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED THROUGH WEAR AND TEAR WILL NOT BE CLASSIFIED AS BEING FAULTY. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE FAULTY GOODS WITH THE SAME PRODUCT ORDERED IN THE SAME COLOUR AND SIZE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. IF A FAULTY GOOD CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED DUE TO STOCK AVAILABILITY WE WILL PROVIDE A FULL REFUND.

RECEIVING A REFUND:
REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL ORDER. WHERE THE ORIGINAL CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE A STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED. ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR SALES TAXES CAN NOT BE REFUNDED THROUGH WHITESBOUTIQUE.COM HOWEVER YOU MAY BE ABLE TO RECOVER SUCH COSTS BY CONTACTING YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS BUREAU. IF YOU RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND TO THE VALUE OF THE ITEM[S] ORDERED MINUS OUR ORIGINAL COST FOR POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.
