Delivery Terms and Rates
United Kingdom Special Delivery – Next Day before 1pm (£9)
To obtain next day delivery you must place your order before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
United Kingdom Standard Delivery – 2-3 Days (£5)
Items ordered using Standard Delivery. Items ordered before 1pm will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
Mainland Europe 3-5 Days (£20)
Items ordered before 1pm GMT will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be shipped the next working day.
Rest of the World 3-5 Days (£30)
Items ordered before 1pm GMT will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 1pm GMT will be shipped the next working day.
Deliveries, Taxes and Duties
Please note that all of our delivery times are estimated and are shown on the site as a guide only.
Whites Boutique / Whites of Harrogate Ltd can not be held responsible for any delays due to events out of our control for example postal / air strikes and delays due to customs clearance. This includes delays during busy periods (Christmas) and bank holidays.
As the customer you are responsible for all local sales taxes, customs and import duties for the country you are requesting shipping to – payment maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is therefore your responsibility.
